DriverProof Principles

DriverProof was created to help drivers document vehicle inspections in a manner that emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and long-term record preservation.

DriverProof is a documentation platform. It is not a repair facility, maintenance provider, legal advisor, insurance company, or government agency. Responsibility for operating and maintaining commercial vehicles remains with the driver, carrier, owner, or other responsible party.

Once an inspection record has been finalized, it becomes part of the driver's protected inspection history and cannot be altered or deleted by the user through the application. Inspection records are retained in accordance with DriverProof's Data Retention & Record Integrity Policy.
