By using DriverProof, you agree to use the service responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with this policy.
Permitted Use
DriverProof is intended to assist drivers, owner-operators, fleets, and other authorized users in documenting commercial vehicle inspections and maintaining inspection records.
Users may use DriverProof for legitimate business, operational, maintenance, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes.
Accurate Information
Users agree to provide truthful and accurate information when creating accounts and submitting inspections.
Users should not intentionally submit:
False inspection information.
False measurements.
Misleading photographs.
Fraudulent documentation.
Information intended to deceive employers, customers, insurers, regulators, or other third parties.
DriverProof cannot independently verify user-submitted information.
Lawful Use
DriverProof may only be used in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of DriverProof complies with all legal requirements applicable to their operations.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use DriverProof to:
Commit fraud.
Submit intentionally false inspection records.
Impersonate another individual or organization.
Access another user's account without authorization.
Interfere with the operation of the platform.
Circumvent security features.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law.
Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Attempt unauthorized access to DriverProof systems.
Use automated tools to disrupt or overload the service.
Violate the intellectual property rights of DriverProof or others.
Use the service for unlawful activities.
Account Responsibility
Each account is intended for use by the individual or organization that created it.
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining account security.
Protecting login credentials.
All activity conducted through their account.
DriverProof reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized or prohibited activity.
Inspection Integrity
DriverProof is designed to preserve the authenticity of submitted inspections.
Users agree not to attempt to:
Alter submitted inspection records.
Circumvent permanent record protections.
Manipulate timestamps.
Modify stored photographs.
Interfere with inspection history.
The inability to edit submitted inspections is an intentional feature designed to preserve historical integrity.
Intellectual Property
DriverProof, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, graphics, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DriverProof in accordance with these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Service Availability
Users agree not to interfere with the normal operation of DriverProof.
Activities that negatively affect system performance, reliability, or security may result in suspension or termination of service.
Enforcement
DriverProof reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy.
Depending on the severity of the violation, DriverProof may:
Issue warnings.
Suspend access.
Permanently terminate accounts.
Remove unlawful content where legally appropriate.
Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
Reporting Violations
Users who become aware of misuse of DriverProof are encouraged to report the activity using the contact information provided on the DriverProof website.
Reports will be reviewed as appropriate.
No Waiver
Failure by DriverProof to enforce any provision of this policy on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce the same or any other provision in the future.
Policy Updates
DriverProof may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
Continued use of DriverProof after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
